My Breads and Baked Products are ALWAYS True traditional Long Fermented Sourdough. Made with Non-Bleached, Non-Brominated Flours. Some loaves contain Fresh Milled Organic, Non-Irradiated Grains. I do this for optimal nutrient content. I always add Organic Ground Flax to ALL my loaves..I just love the color and healthy benefits of Ground Flax. Any Herbs I add to loaves are always Organic and Fresh. Many of the Herbs come from my personal organically grown garden.
I NEVER add Commercial Yeasts I follow the traditional bread making practice of our great grand parents generation. I use a traditional Sourdough Starter which is a culture (a living breathing thing) this culture through the process of rising is natural the culture eats away at glutens, sugars and carbs and increases nutrients. This happens during the act of fermenting. I "Stretch and Fold" the dough during timed intervals by hand to assure the right feel, texture and to move those glutens around to assure it's all even and the sourdough can do it's job in naturally rising. I ferment my breads for 8-12 + hours depending on the weather, temperatures and how quickly the bread rises.
I also only use Pure Sea Salt (nothing containing anti-caking agents that trigger inflammation.

Contemplation Tea
Each package contains 7 Pre-Stuffed Tea bags with String and Tea Tag. Simply Add the Teabag to a Cup and Pour Hot Water over it. Allow the tea to Steep about 10 mins. Add a little local raw Honey and Enjoy!
This Tea is a blend of Organically Sourced Lavender, Fresh Organically Grown Mint, Freshly Dehydrated Organic Ginger, Locally Sourced Organically Grown Dehydrated Lemon and Organically Grown Lemongrass.
This is a Soft, Smooth, Relaxing, Floral with undertones of Citrus and Spice and is Very Aromatic.
Both Lavender and Lemongrass are known to help fight Anxiety, and Promote Calm Feelings and Restful Sleepiness.
Each package contains 7 pre-stuffed tea bags with string and tea tag attached. Each tag contains a scripture, positive affirmation or a sassy saying to start your day, or enjoy your break with.
For hundreds of years people have used teas to treat ailments, to stay healthy and well not only physically but mentally.
I legally can not say that teas, herbs, flowers or spices will enhance your health. I can say to look at the studies, do your own research, take CONTROL of your own health, consult with your doctor and know that even simple teas may cause an allergic reaction or can conflict with your personal medications. It's always important to keep your allergies in mind when drinking herbal teas.
Examples: if you are allergic to flowers..you may be allergic to chamomile. If you are allergic to the loquat fruit then you could possibly be allergic to the leaves.
Some herbal teas are not a good ideas if you are pregnant or nursing so it's important to always know (like with any food) what your tea consists of.
I am always available by text message, email or phone to answer questions regarding my teas. Also a simple google such about somethings will answer questions on how somethings are used or what possible side effects may occur.
These are all tea blends I personally use. I focus on mental wellbeing, anti-inflammatory benefits and a boost of antioxidant benefits.

🌿Lavender (Flower)
Lavender is known for its calming and soothing properties. It is said it can treat anxiety, reduce arthritis, and possibly ease the discomfort of various aches and pains. The health benefits of lavender include antioxidant properties; it is believed to fight free radicals, lessens oxidation, and helps to reduce acne outbreaks.
🌿 Mint (Herb)
Mint leaves are anti-inflammatory this helps in reducing any inflammation in your stomach ( GUT FRIENDLY) Mint leaves also helps relieve indigestion. These leaves are also rich in phosphorus, calcium and vitamins like C, D, E and A which can improve the body's immune system.
🌿 Ginger (Root)
Just a few Amazing Benefits..
Contains Gingerol, (which is known for its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidants properties.)
Ginger has been used for hundreds of years to treat many forms of nausea, from motion sickness to morning sickness. It's suspected it may help with weight loss. Has been used to naturally treat osteoarthritis. May lower blood sugars and improve heart disease risk factors. It can also help with chronic indigestion.

This is one of my very favorites!
-----------🔹There is MUCH debate on the use of Lemongrass Teas and Pregnancy. Lemongrass is commonly used to help soothe monthly cramps but is also suggested you NOT use Lemongrass if you are pregnant or suspect you are pregnant. 🔹------------
Lemongrass contains Antioxidants and polyphenols..these help defend the body against oxidative stress, one of the underlying causes of chronic illnesses. It's also found to aid in reducing Cholesterol levels in those with hypercholesterolemia.
Lemongrass may also help to reduce your Blood Pressure Naturally. It's speculated the reason is because it contains potassium.
It also can Boost Metabolism and it Soothes Digestion which can Improve over all GUT HEALTH.
As an add-on its known to help anxiety and stress and is also an excellent sleep aid. It is believed to soothe the body and mind by inducing the release of serotonin and helping you overcome symptoms of insomnia or chronic restlessness.
