Roast and Cheese Baguettes

This ones is not so much a recipe but a quick and easy idea. Its often a meal we eat after a long bake and delivery day.

These are actually 2 Baguettes. I opened them up and put shredded black pepper and garlic pork pot roast (it was just a already seasoned one that you get in the rolled type package for around $5-6 (cooked in crockpot all day until it was tender enough to shred up with a fork) added some cheese and some jalapeno on one ( Brooke and I like a little heat.) Then toasted in oven for a few mins to melt the cheese.
We ate them opened faced - almost like a french bread type pizza. 😋just sayin.... YUM!!
2 baguettes Fed 4 adults we each got 2 half slices. (Est price if meal $8 for 2 baguettes, $5 for the Roast and $2 for Cheese = $15 )
